Promotion Period
The Kickoff and Drive Promotion (“Promotion”) begins June 1, 2026 and ends July 3, 2026.

Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who are 18 years of age or older and eligible for Resource One Credit Union (“R1CU”) membership or are members in good standing at the time of entry. Exclusions include R1CU employees, volunteers, officials, board members, and their immediate family members. No purchase or payment obligation is required to enter or win. Consumers may enter without applying for or obtaining a loan by using the Alternative Method of Entry described below. Membership Requirement: To obtain a loan with R1CU, individuals must qualify for and establish membership, including opening and funding a par value savings account (Basic Savings) with a minimum deposit of $25.00, in accordance with R1CU membership requirements. Void where prohibited by law. Federally insured by NCUA.

How to Enter
Members will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable weekly drawing when they apply for, are approved for, and fund a new or used auto loan during the Promotion period, subject to the following:

• Minimum loan term: 36 months
• Minimum amount financed: $30,000

Promotional Loan Benefits & Rate Discounts
Qualified loans may be eligible for up to 1.00% (100 basis points) in total rate discount, determined as follows:

• Base Promotional Discount: 0.50% automatically applied for qualified borrowers
• Relationship Discount: 0.25% for members with an active Resource One spending account (checking account) with recurring direct deposits (ACH or other electronic means) totaling at least $1,000 per month during the prior 60 days
• New Vehicle Discount: 0.25% for vehicles that are untitled or have fewer than 5,000 miles (not applicable to refinanced vehicles)
• Loan-to-Value Discount: 0.25% for loans with a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio below 90% at the time of funding.

Maximum combined discount will not exceed 1.00%.

The final APR may increase by 0.50% (50 basis points) if either of the following applies:

• Loan amount exceeds $100,000, or
• Loan-to-value (LTV) at the time of funding is greater than or equal to 120%

Qualified funded loans may be eligible for up to 90 days with no payment due. Interest accrues from funding date. First payment due date determined by loan closing date and may be up to 90 days after funding. Members should review their loan documents for full details.

APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Rates vary based on creditworthiness, term, and other factors. Loan offers are subject to credit approval and underwriting guidelines. Advertised discounts apply to qualified borrowers only. Actual APR offered may vary based on creditworthiness, collateral, term, and underwriting criteria.

Lender protection loans (loans financed under lender protection or collateral protection programs) are not eligible for the 90-day no payment or rate discount but will qualify for entry into weekly drawings.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable entry period and received by the Credit Union prior to the applicable drawing date to be eligible for that drawing. Limit one (1) entry per household per drawing period, regardless of method of entry. Entries will be eligible for the applicable drawing and the grand prize drawing based on the date received. Mail-in entries have the same odds of winning as loan-based entries. Applying for a loan will not improve odds of winning compared to the free mail-in method of entry.

ODDS, DATES, AND PRIZES – Drawings will occur on or about 2:00 PM Central Time at R1CU administrative offices in Dallas County, Texas. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Funding a loan does not increase the odds of winning compared to the Alternative Method of Entry.

  • Entries Received: 6/15/2026 – 6/20/2026
• June 30, 2026 – Yeti Cooler (ARV not to exceed $299)
  • Entries Received: 6/22/2026 – 6/27/2026
• July 7, 2026 – Television (ARV not to exceed $599)
  • Entries Received: 6/29/2026 – 7/3/2026

Each drawing will award one (1) prize to one (1) winner from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

Grand Prize Drawing:

• July 10, 2026 – One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period (June 1, 2026 – July 3, 2026). The Grand Prize winner will receive the following (4) prizes combined, consisting of:

• USA Soccer Ball (ARV not to exceed $148)
• USA Soccer Jersey (ARV not to exceed $200)
• Yeti Cooler (ARV not to exceed $299)
• Television (ARV not to exceed $599)

Total Grand Prize ARV not to exceed $1,246. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on total eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The MasterCard gift card awarded during the weekly drawing is not included as part of the Grand Prize package. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution except at R1CU’s discretion. Acceptance of prize constitutes agreement to these Official Rules.

WINNER NOTIFICATION, CLAIMING, FORFEITURE, AND REDRAW – Winners will be notified using the contact information provided. Winners have ten (10) days to claim the prize at a R1CU Branch during lobby operation hours. Hours can vary by location. A “day” is defined as a day of R1CU operation. Grand Prize must be picked up at R1CU headquarters located at 1200 Belleview Street Dallas, TX 75215. Winners who do not claim prizes by the Saturday after the drawing will forfeit the prize. If a prize is forfeited, an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from remaining eligible entries.

TAXES / IRS REPORTING – Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. For prize(s) that meet IRS reporting requirements, R1CU will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or applicable form) for the fair market value of the prize(s). Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 prior to prize fulfillment where applicable.

PUBLICITY RELEASE – Participation constitutes permission for R1CU to use the participant’s name, likeness, and submission of content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to visual media, social media, web content, and internal communications, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law and subject to applicable privacy laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – R1CU is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, software, network, or electronic malfunctions that may limit a person’s ability to enter, participate, or receive notifications. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless R1CU and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS / GOVERNING LAW – This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. R1CU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. R1CU’s decisions on all matters related to the Promotion are final. R1CU reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
