Sometimes you just can’t make it by one of our branches, and we understand! In order to serve you better, we have partnered with other credit unions nationwide to provide our members with easier access to their accounts. Currently, there are more than 5,000 branches participating nationwide in shared branching and we are too!
What you need when you visit a shared branch location:
- Credit Union’s Name: Resource One Credit Union
- Your Account Number: Located on the top of your monthly statement or eStatement
- Valid unexpired government-issued photo identification, i.e., State Driver’s license, US Passport, or Military identification
Not all credit unions provide the same services. Funds deposited through Shared Branch Services may not be immediately available. Contact your credit union for funds availability information. Resource One will only provide Shared Branch Services in person at one of our lobbies. Transactions cannot be completed through the drive thru. All transactions must have a Shared Branch slip filled out by the visiting member.
