Making deposits can be easy, and accessing those funds even easier. We offer you several ways to deposit or access your money. Please note in some cases, and funds might not be immediately available due to verification or processing, please plan accordingly.

Making Deposits to Your Account

Mobile Deposit

We love to see you in the branch, but we’re happy to save you a trip. Using your smartphone or tablet, you can deposit checks from wherever you are, whenever you want.

It’s simple to set up once you have our mobile app. Log in to your mobile app and select deposit check to get started.

Bill Pay – Transfer Money

We make transferring money from other financial institutions to Resource One easy, with Bill Pay Transfers. To get started, log in to online or mobile banking and click Bill Pay then setup your other accounts under the transfers tab.

Shared Branches

Sometimes you just can’t make it by one of our branches, and we understand! In order to serve you better, we have partnered with other credit unions nationwide to provide our members with easier access to their accounts. Currently, there are more than 5,000 branches participating nationwide in shared branching and we are too! Find a Co-op Shared Branch location near you!

Looking for a way to make deposits on the run? Most of our locations offer either ATM Deposits or Night Drops. Please note in some cases funds might not be immediately available due to verification or processing, please plan accordingly.

Pay your Resource One loans from another financial institution account through Resource One’s Bill Pay in our mobile app or online banking.

If you are paying your Resource One loan with a credit card, debit card, or account from another bank we offer Pay My Loan in R1CU Online and Mobile banking as an option for you to make your payment.

Automated Payment

You can pay your Resource One loan automatically by any other Resource One account or from another financial institution by requesting Loan Payment Transfer and Allocations form. If you are interested in making your payment this way send us a secure message in online or mobile banking’s message center or call us at 1-214-319-3100.

Discover the personal financial management tools within online and mobile banking. Our Digital Banking Suite is loaded with tools to keep you in complete control of your finances. Get started with Resource One’s bill pay featured in your online banking and mobile app. Once you have logged in, click on bill pay and get started by adding your bill provider. The best part is you can avoid convenience fees that some utility and other monthly billers charge because bill pay is no charge to you – unless using express pay for same-day delivery. Are you tired of writing checks to your pool cleaner, landlord, or another person? Payments can be sent by check, so even if the biller isn’t set up online, you can pay them with bill pay too.
