When you download the Resource One Credit Union’s Mobile Banking apps on your smartphone or tablet, you can securely check your account balances, send payments using Send Money, transfer money between your accounts, pay bills, access My Money Manager, and more! Mobile Banking makes Resource One Account Management easier and safer than ever, letting you manage your finances without ever having to leave your home.

Mobile Bill Pay

This free service, available through the Resource One Mobile App, allows you pay your monthly bills from your smartphones or tablet. It’s simple to set up – just log in with your Resource One Member Number and password and select Payments to get started.

You can securely take care of your utility, phone and television service payments, and they’ll go through as soon as the following business day. You can even schedule one-time on recurring payments, make multiple payments at once, and avoid extra costs associated with ordering checks, stamps and envelopes.

Mobile Deposit

If you can take a photo with your phone or tablet, you can deposit checks any time, anywhere through the Resource One Mobile Banking App. Simply take a photo of the check and the funds will be deposited into your account.

Mobile Alerts

Check in on your account whenever and wherever you want with eAlerts. You can set up these custom text and email alerts to tell you about your account balances, remind you about loan payment due dates, alert you when withdrawals or deposits are made and cleared, let you know when your account reaches certain limits and update you on approvals, transactions and more. Setting up these alerts can also help increase your account security by notifying you when there’s suspicious activity on your account. Alerts come to your phone via text.

To set up eAlerts, login to Online Banking, click Self Service, then Member Center. Select the Contact Manager tab to add your phone number. Then select the Alert Manager tab to add your customized alerts. Have questions? Call 1-800-375-3674.
