Important Information About Your Transfers
NOTICE: Transfers will not be accessible during the conversion from our current online banking system to our new Digital Banking system.
UPDATE: Transfers scheduled on 3/15/2019 or after will process, including recurring transfers. Transfers scheduled on 3/17 will process on 3/18.
This is the last day transfers will be processed within online banking.
Transfers scheduled on this day or later will not be processed for at least 7 business days, including recurring transfers.
Transfers will not be available when you log in to online or mobile banking.
What Steps Should You Take?
Plan your transfers ahead or let us assist.
The last day you can view, modify, or submit transfers will be 3/13/2019. Anything you schedule to transfer after this date will not process for at least 7 business days, including recurring transfers.
What happens if I have a transfer set up during the downtime?
If you have transfers scheduled during the upgrade the transfer will not process for at least 7 business days. If you need a transfer on your account during the conversion, please use our automated system by calling 800-749-7466 or let us assist you.
I need a transfer during the upgrade, what do I do?
During the conversion, you will not have access to view, edit, or set up additional transfers. We encourage you to use our automated system to transfer funds during this time at 800-749-7466. You can also visit one of our locations or contact our call center to request a transfer.
Will I need to set up my scheduled transfers again?
Yes, your transfers will not move over to the new system. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. If you have issues setting up transfers in our new Digital Banking system, please contact us for assistance.
