Important Information About Bill Pay
NOTICE: Bill Pay will not be accessible during the conversion from our current online banking system to our new Digital Banking system. Payments that have been scheduled during this time will process, but you will not be able to view or modify payments during this time.
This will be the last day you can view, modify, or submit payments before the upgrade. Bill Pay may not be available for at least 7 business days. Please schedule your payments in Bill Pay accordingly or use your Resource One Debit Card to pay your bill.
Bill Pay will not be available when you log in to online or mobile banking.
What Steps Should You Take?
Plan your payments ahead and schedule.
The last day you can view, modify, or submit payments will be 3/12/2019. Anything you schedule on or before this date will process as you have it set up, even during the conversion. Bill pay will be running, just not accessible to view, modify, or submit.
What happens if I have a payment setup during the downtime?
If you have scheduled a payment during the upgrade they will process normally. Although, you will not have access to view, edit, or set up additional payments.
I need to pay a bill during the upgrade, what do I do?
During the conversion, you will not have access to view, edit, or set up additional payments. We encourage you to use your Resource One Debit Card to make your payment online at the merchant’s website.
Will I need to set up my Bill Pay again?
No, your Bill Pay will show exactly as you have it set up right now.
