Loan Payment Deferment Request on Consumer Loans
If you are having trouble with your monthly loan payments to the credit union, you can request a loan payment deferment that can offer financial relief. Most members will be able to defer their loan payment to free up cash to cover unexpected challenges.
Payment Deferment Loan Types Include:
- Auto loans up to 60 days1
- Boat/RV loans up to 60 days1
- Personal loans up to 60 days1
- Secured loans up to 60 days1
- Lease loans up to 30 days 3 times the life of the lease1
- Mortgage loans up to 90 days1

Our team is empowered to take action to help our members affected by the health crisis. If you have funds that you need immediate access to or have unexpectedly incurred an NSF or Courtesy Pay fee, let us know and we will work with you to provide a resolution.

Protect Yourself from Scams
In times of concern, it pays to be on the lookout for scams exploiting uncertainty. Please remember that we will never call and ask for your passwords or PIN numbers. If you receive a call asking for this information, do not provide and hang up. We’re here to help you so if you suspect you have been the victim of fraud, please contact us immediately at 800-375-3674.
