Emergency Financial Relief
If you or your family is experiencing financial difficulties related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Resource One has tools available to help.
As a member-owned credit union, we are built to support our members and the communities we serve. We are in a unique position to help, so we believe we have a responsibility to do just that. It’s simply who Resource One is.
Here to Help
In these difficult times, we are here to help you with unexpected financial challenges due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We encourage you to contact a Resource One Credit Union representative at 800-375-3674 for more information about how we may be able to help. Even if you are new to the credit union, let us know what you need, and we will do our best to assist.
Our team is empowered to take action to help our members affected by the health crisis. If you have funds that you need immediate access to or have unexpectedly incurred an NSF or Courtesy Pay fee, let us know and we will work with you to provide a resolution.
We do our best every day to make sure we deliver excellent service to all our members. Much as our members are being impacted during this challenging time, so are our staff. We have contingency plans in place, but please know that if it takes us a little longer to process a loan request or answer the phone, it is because we are working hard to assist all our members who need a helping hand. We assure you that, although it may take a little longer to answer the phone, we are here to help you. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Protect Yourself from Scams
In times of concern, it pays to be on the lookout for scams exploiting uncertainty. Please remember that we will never call and ask for your passwords or PIN numbers. If you receive a call asking for this information, do not provide and hang up. We’re here to help you so if you suspect you have been the victim of fraud, please contact us immediately at 800-375-3674. The Federal Trade Commission also has resources available on the fraudulent activity being observed due to the coronavirus. For more information, please visit the FTC website.
