Schedule an Appointment to Visit a Branch
To limit the number of people at a location, we are asking that members schedule appointments should you require assistance where you need to come inside instead of the drive-thru. If need to visit someone from our staff in person at a branch, please fill out the appointment request form below. We will follow up with you soon to confirm the date and time is available.

We encourage all members visiting a location to utilize the drive-thru. If you have scheduled an appointment you are required to wear some form of covering over your nose and mouth, such as a homemade mask, scarf, bandana, or handkerchief during your visit.
If you answer “yes” to any of the following questions, please do not come into a location and contact us or utilize a digital service.
Do you have signs or symptoms of a respiratory infection, such as a cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat?
Do you have a fever greater than 99.6 degrees F?
In the previous 14 days have you had contact with someone (a) with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 and did not have the appropriate personal protective equipment designated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); (b) who is under investigation for COVID-19; or (c) who is ill with a respiratory illness?
