Resource One Credit Union Announces New Chief Member Experience Officer
Resource One Credit Union has named Michelle Dahl as Chief Member Experience Officer, effective Monday, February 6, 2023.

Resource One Credit Union is delighted to announce the appointment of Michelle Dahl as our new Chief Member Experience Officer (CMXO). Michelle brings vast experience in customer service and experience design, having previously held prominent positions at leading financial institutions. With over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Michelle will spearhead the effort to deliver an exceptional service experience for our members.

Michelle’s educational pursuits include a Graduate Certificate in Innovation from Harvard University, an Executive Certificate in Marketing and Social Media from Stanford University, and Foundations of Design Thinking from IDEO U, along with a bachelor’s degree in business.
