About Resource One Credit Union

Community is a top priority here at Resource One Credit Union. Our member-owned financial institution treats our members as people, not assets, and we have proudly served Irving and the rest of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for generations. We love the North Texas region and everyone who calls it home.

Established in 1936, Resource One Credit Union has been delighting our more than 60,000 members by creating opportunities, suggesting realistic solutions and providing financial education. We live by The Credit Union Operating Principles of equality, equity and mutual self-help, and we ensure that every one of our members feels the benefits of those principles. Serving all of Dallas and Northwest Harris County — including Irving — Resource One is an established and trusted community resource.

Become a Member

Members of Resource One Credit Union have a variety of cutting-edge financial tools at their fingertips. Anyone who lives or works in the Dallas or Northwest Harris counties — including Irving — is eligible.

If you don’t live or work in the area, there are other ways to become a member of our inclusive credit union. Local organizations, called Select Employee Groups, incentivize membership to Resource One, so ask today if your workplace is an SEG. Family members are also eligible. Start the easy membership process now by filling out an online membership application or stopping by our Irving location.

What to bring:

  • Valid picture ID (drivers license or state-issued identification card) with current address
  • A second piece of identification (this includes major credit cards, a birth certificate or a Social Security card)
