Deposits are made electronically and may be performed by your employer, pension plan administrator, or the Social Security Administration.

Insured Deposits
You want the security of knowing your accounts are fully insured. At Resource One, you will enjoy the benefits of convenience and security with each of our products and services.
Your accounts are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). For most account owners, the NCUA limit of $250,000 is enough. For those needing additional coverage, separate ownership of accounts provides a convenient answer.
Ownership simply means how funds are held and how the account is styled or titled. When accounts are held in separate ownerships, each can be insured separately. This means you can multiply the basic $250,000 amount you have in your Resource One accounts and still be fully insured.

A licensed notary who will certify and confirm a signer's identity for legal documents, guardianship, depositions and other certified documents, provides this free service to Resource One members. This service is available at all Resource One service centers. back to top
Overdraft Privilege Disclosure
With Overdraft Privilege, we will pay your checks and ACH transactions drawn against non-sufficient-funds (NSF) up to a pre-approved limit. Such overdrafts shall subject your account to an overdraft fee of $30 per item - the same as our normal fee for non-sufficient-funds (NSF). Overdrafts and related fees may not exceed a cumulative balance ranging from $300 to $700 at any time (Overdrafts limits varies by checking type - see your Deposit Account Agreement for details). Overdrafts from ATMs and debit card transactions are not covered under this program. Your account may not have a negative balance resulting from overdrafts and related fees for more than 45 calendar days; thus, you must deposit funds in your account or obtain an approved loan from the Credit Union to cover the full amount of any negative balance within 45 days from the date the account incurs a negative balance. Under this overdraft program, any account with a negative balance for more than 45 days will be closed and subject to collection.
Approval of payment of reasonable overdrafts by Resource One Credit Union is only a discretionary courtesy, and not a right or obligation. It is within Resource One Credit Union's sole and absolute discretion, and can cease at any time without prior notice or cause.
