This powerful upgrade has new and enhanced features that will make your Online Service Center experience easier and more productive than ever. You can:

  • Send secured, authenticated messages to our Telephone Service Center
  • Apply for a loan
  • Reorder Checks
  • Access all of your accounts
  • Pay bills
  • Check balances
  • Transfer funds (scheduled future and recurring transfers)

  • Export account information to Quicken™, Microsoft® Money or other financial planning software

BETTER MONEY MANAGEMENT

Our new Online Service Center Web site is your solution to more efficient bookkeeping and money management. This system can send you an e-mail notification whenever your account balance dips below or rises above any amount you specify. Plus, our Stock Tracker allows you to easily set up and monitor your stock portfolio. It features a 15-minute delayed stock ticker for selected stocks and funds, intraday and historical charts, and a detailed stock transaction screen.

BETTER BILL PAYMENT

What is different about bill payment?

Our new Bill Payment system gives you the choice of scheduling payments according to Send Dates or Expected Arrival Dates.

The Send Date is the day you want us to begin processing your payment.
The Expected Arrival Date is the day you want the payment to arrive at your biller's address.

You can continue to schedule payments according to the Expected Arrival Date (or Due Date) as you always have. Simply enter the expected arrival date and the system will tell you when the payment will be processed.

Electronic payments will be handled in a similar way to the former system. The money will be withdrawn from your account on the "Send Date". Electronic payees are indicated by a symbol.

Check type payments will now be handled differently. When you schedule a payment for someone who can not accept an electronic payment, such as local merchants, friends, or relatives, the check that is produced will be exactly like your check except with a check number greater than 10000. Money will not be withdrawn from your account until that check clears.

The advantages are:

  • You get to keep the money in your account longer
  • If the check is not deposited no money will be withdrawn from your account
  • You will now be able to see images of your bill payment checks for reconciliation purposes

Check payments are indicated by a symbol.

When the new system is available everyone currently enrolled in Bill Payment will see all their payees and future payments and will not have to re-enter any payment information.
