Resource One’s Privacy Practices Policy

Basic Life/AD&D Insurance: To help your family through the financial burden that would result from your death, your employer provides life insurance equal to three times your annual salary, up to a maximum benefit of $400,000. This plan will also pay an additional benefit for your accidental death or the loss of a limb or eyesight. Provided to the employee by Resource One at no charge.

Short Term Disability Insurance: Our insurance carrier will pay you a benefit after you have been unable to perform your job due to injury or illness for the later of 30 days or the end of your paid time off period. Your benefit will be 66 2/3% of your weekly earnings, up to a maximum payment to you of $1,500 per week. Provided to the employee by Resource One at no charge.

Long Term Disability Insurance: After your disability continues for 90 days, you will receive a long-term disability benefit. This benefit will be 66 2/3% of your monthly earnings, up to a maximum payment of $7,000 per month. This benefit will continue up to the age of 65 or your Social Security Normal Retirement Age. Provided to the employee by Resource One at no charge.

Medical Insurance: Our medical plan includes dental insurance, vision insurance, and prescription drugs and is a standard PPO plan. Employees are responsible for 30% of the monthly premium, which is deducted biweekly from your paycheck. Our coverage is among the best in the area. We have no annual deductible if you remain in the network of doctors, and we pay 80% of medical costs. Mail order prescriptions are $10 generic/$50 brand name/$100 non-preferred brand for a 90-day supply and walk-in pharmacy rates are $5 generic/$25 brand name/$50 non-preferred brand.

401K Plan: Resource One offers a competitive 401K plan with numerous investment opportunities. You are allowed to participate after 6 months of employment and may enroll at one of the biannual open enrollment periods. You may contribute up to 25% of your salary and Resource One will match 100% up to 5%.

Paid Vacation: Two weeks after one year of service.

Paid Personal Days: 24 hours (3 days) after one year of service.

Paid Sick Leave: 40 hours after a 90-day introductory period.

Other paid leave: Includes bereavement leave and jury duty.

Tuition Reimbursement: Reimbursement is based on the final grade, with a maximum of $1500 per year.

Other Benefits: Include summer party, holiday party, relaxed working environment, business casual attire, and incentive pay for select positions.
